The Coco House features triple master suites along with two additional guest rooms. The primary bedrooms are located on the corners of the upper level, allowing residents and guests to spy sea birds, kite surfers and sailing ships far out at sea. The main living and dining spaces as well as the kitchen are linear and open to a large terrace that spills onto the beach sand.
